Payment Policy: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and E-Checks. We also accept PayPal payments. Domestic money order and bank-issued check (teller check or cashier's check) are also accepted. Personal checks are subject to ten working day hold. Personal checks that are returned for non-sufficient funds are subject to $25.00 handling fee.
Return Policy: I cannot imagine a return but here's my policy. I will accept returns and refund your purchase price less the cost of initial shipping. Item(s) must be returned at Buyer's expense. Please consider insurance as items may arrive bent or broken. No insurance = no claim for loss or damage. If I make a mistake on your order, I will refund return postage for return of wrong item.
Special Orders: Please contact Customer Service for information on discounts for multiple quantities of any item. Special orders require a 40% deposit.
Shipping Overpayment: It is our policy to refund any overpayment of shipping costs that is $1.00 or more. If payment is made by PayPal, a refund will be made to your PayPal account. For other payments, a refund or Store Credit for the amount of the overpayment will be issued for future transactions.
